So, as I cant attend a commercial gym, Ive converted a room in my bunker to a mini gym.
Almost done. Still waiting on some Iron plates and Bars to arrive.
Photos in sequence spaning the past 10 days or so as stuff arrives.

What is your training Stuart doing? Are you getting ahead

Today is my workout day pushups and biceps concentration curl with the dumbbell. When I'm done I'm lying on the floor like a dead bug, it's the same every time I am no longer the youngest.

Motivation videos, no pain no gain and stay hungry.






This video is really funny with funny folks, I get a smile at 4:13 minutes if you don't get it you have a different taste. I would be interested in how the other FG folks find it.

Monday - chest day. Flat bench bar press, Inclinne Bar press. Flat bench dumbell flies, Incline Dumbell press, Flat bumbbell press, Chest dips + Abs routine at the end.

Tuesday - Back day ( limited ). Wide grip pull ups, T Bar Rowing, Seated Bent over Flies, Dumbbell rows, Narrow reverse grip pull ups, Linier Bar pull ups. + Abs routine at the end.

Wed - recovery day.

Thursday - Shoulders. Bar shoulder press, Bar rear shrugs, Flies, Front raises, Fuull rotation dumbbell shrugs, Seated Arnold Press + Abs routine at the end.

Friday - Arms day - EZ Bar crurl, Reclining seated dumbbell curls, concentration dumbbell curls, Seated hammer curls. Skull crushers, Dips. + Abs routine at the end.

Weekend off.

New Bunker Gym exercises.

But not really. Don't do this Stu it could be end up in a hospital.
I could if I drank enough, but it looks more ugly you know what I mean.




And don't take golden brown .Or any kind of steroids. Whiskey is medicine that works !!!

I will openly and honestly say, you will never ever ever find me doing the Robot ( unless shes one from west world............. )
Never done steroids and and dont take any powders or chemical assistance. I dont need to. :0

I used to know some guys who took steriods with the result that one had broken knees and the other had something on the elbow or worn shoulder and that at the age of 25-35. The flame that burns brighter and stronger also extinguishes faster.
