The new Flagship Microsoft Simulator has plenty of them too.
Its a pain in the arse to download ( 9 hours on my 45mbs connection ).
God help you if your sticks are not recognised and you have to set them up manually.
Turbulence appears a scripted event, and not interaction with the FDM.
Dont try with a Mouse because, well, you cant.
The Scenery looks great from altitude but you see how low res the terrain texture is when your flying low.
On External views, Mouse look Left / right is reversed for some weird unknown reason.[/li]
The Sea is a texture ( note ship loks sunken as its the sea texture )
FlightGear isnt the only one with Waterbergs.

If you want to try it, you can actually do it for £1.00 ( yes your read that right , One Pound ).
You download the Xbox game app for PC, sign up for the first month which costs £1.00, and This is one of the included games so you can download it and try it for £1.00, which is exactly what I did, and Im glad thats all I paid.

Actually it's 20 planes and 30 airports for £60.
Not sure how much scenery you get or if its downloaded like terrorsync but I would have thought it being Microsoft, you would have to pay for it, I mean what's the point of flying if there is no ground to look at or to land on ?
I imagine that doesn't compare favourably to FG figures , I have no idea how many planes/airports in FG ?.
Its £80 for 25 planes & 35 airports.
Its £110 for 30 planes & 40 airports.
Who am I kidding ? FG is more immersive, easier to get under the hood, has a massive MP environment, more expansive, personal and best of all - IT'S FREE.
Lightning DOES strike twice.
Watchmen Quote - "I am looking at the stars.... Thier light takes so long to reach us. All we ever see of Stars are thier old photographs"
You do get the whole world and all airports in normal quality right away at no additional cost. The 30 Airports in the basic version relate to 30 high quality ( allegedly ) airports. I have yet to find anyone on multiplayer, and if you choose multiplayer you can only run live weather.
In whole the GUI looks pretty and functions well, with the exception of setting up your sticks. That bit was created by someone who had no idea what he was being asked to code.
Its going in the bin after my initial xbox game pass £1 trial expires.

Did that several times with the F-16 so to speak and the thing was griping around like a mad dog. Weather engine is way better in FG with regards to many other sims.
If only we had better graphics I bet more people would save money and go freeware
Breakin' the sound barrier every day! Oh God, that's EGOD!
