Not sure but this aircraft *may* have dependencies on the "other" 707 in FGFS....I have this new one as directed by Dave (from GIT) that extracts as "boeing-707" and another which is "707" and I believe tha new one (Dave's GIT request) may have dependencies on the 707.
Not sure where I got the 707 - try the official FGFS aircraft downloads.
I'm pretty sure that, according to most FlightGear Boeing 7-series designation, it should just be 707. I think the whole package incorporates the numerous variations. I seem to recall when I installed it, I got rid of the old 707 and renamed the root folder of the new aircraft '707'.

Looking closer at the model.xml, I see that all the call are for the 707, not boeing-707. So, this aircraft is intended to replace the existing "707"....so for proper operation we need to delet the original 707 if it exists, download and install the GIT boeing-707, and then rename the folder from boeing-707 to just plain old 707.
Probably that was explained somewhere already but I missed it in my sleep deprived and harried state.
