Harrier Multiplayer sound test.

Due to the falure of the MP sound configuration in the harriers, I have uploaded an alternative version for testing in the development area.
I will need feedback to see if the MP sound is working or not ( in FG v2.8+ )

I'll get it and try and check it later today - might get some stick time around 2000 UTC or maybe even yet this morning about 1500 uTC.
