Nice one Mav - is that submodels+particle trails?

Basically yes. It uses procedural lights 2-color (outer bright yellow, innner white) effect instead of a billboard texture for the actual flare, making it very cool at night as well.
Here's for example:
<effect>
    <inherits-from>Aircraft/f16/Models/Effects/lights/flare</inherits-from>
    <object-name>procedural_light</object-name>
  </effect>

  <animation>
    <type>dist-scale</type>
    <object-name>procedural_light</object-name>
    <interpolation>
      <entry><ind>0</ind><dep>7.5</dep></entry>
      <entry><ind>3750</ind><dep>15.0</dep></entry>
      <entry><ind>7500</ind><dep>30.0</dep></entry>
    </interpolation>
  </animation>

For the smoke I've tuned the particles to last a bit longer and look less artificial.
In the submodels xml Necolatis added some randomness and mass to them so they fall a bit more realistically when being projected out of the jet. I've tweaked the shooter speed in order to get a better trajectory similar to what you can see here:

I tried to keep a good compromise between performance and eye-candy so it's not heavy on resources either.

Apparently there's a company in Switzerland that support Alphajets for civilian owners, full upgrade packages and maintenance etc, you know just incase you fancy buying one.
Till then those liveries are looking great Gary!

This one?

Unless there's another repository I don't know of?

This is my one

github.com/alexeijd/MiG-29_9-12

I made some changes to the liveries, moving the transparent bits to a separate image

it has quite a few livs added to it, and improvements to the FDM, FCS, model, mp & effects

Looking for a lil' resource assist here.

There's a tasty liv out for the Su-27, and a consequent one for the aggressor F-5 fleet. It's the Siberian Tiger camo. Want to do this one, but the article below said that the unit decals and tail # are not on (at the time of article release). I believe I can figure out the unit squadron, but any assist on the tail # would be great (whether from article or newer photos).

Thx!

Maybe I'm misreading it, but it's implying that it's an ex Swiss AF F5F franken tiger

surely all the franken tiger tail numbers are documented as there are apparently only 3

I can't make out the tail number, but I think I can see where it is (just about the tailplane?)

EDIT: so far found 2 franken tiger serial numbers:

www.the-northrop-f-5-enthusiast-page.inf...Forces/Northrop.html

is 761586

www.joebaugher.com/usaf_serials/1981.html

is 810834

it'd be just our luck it;s the 3rd one :P

EDIT2: All 3 serials here:

While looking for other images of the 3 serials I found a photo article on VF-111 Sundowners - and what should I find in the fleet there?
