This week we are going to be enjoying some stunning scenery, well developed airports and interesting weather (probably) as we head to the South Americas and visit a few different territories.
Starting at SCCI at 2000 GMT we will take in some of the finest scenery that the Tierra del fuego has to offer before our half time stop of SAWH.
After a short break we will be heading Eastward, leaving Argentinean soil behind and heading to EGYP about 420nm away overhead some great islands, it's a bit of a oversea journey but the scenery on arrival is well worth it.
Although the first half is going to be done at around 220kts you'll need to be able to clock up to 650kts for the second half to avoid us spending too long staring at water, it's up to you if you change aircraft at half time or bring something that's happy at both speeds.
Please post what you will be bringing though in this thread so everyone can make sure we avoid the terrible blue gliders.
I'll likely bring an FGR2. I managed to resolve the audio issues I encountered last week trying to live stream the flight so I'll try again this week. I'm hoping Stuart can back me up if I fail again - tried to get other broadcast/streaming software to work but could't figure out VLC and ran out of time. I'm stuck with OBS for the moment.
