What version were you running before you reverted to the one Richard suggested? Because Stuart and I are having pretty good results with 2020.1 now...

I had 2020.1.1 for the flight night as well. Worked fine.

As I said earlier - 2019.1.1

In fact after the Xmas meltdown of CPU, MoBo & Gfx card - I manually beat Windows 10 to death to accept the new changes. Perhaps a cause ?

And now, even being near a non-installed aircraft causes a CTD

Don't know what else to do ?

No :( Though Richard did say 2019 versions were pretty poor for stability.

I'd get 2020.1 and start working from there. Nothing to lose, after all...

So 2 days later...

I can now do MPCarrier stuff!

It was the path to the Aircraft/MPCarrier folder. I've now got a symlink in my Aircraft folder to the FGAddon MPCarrier folder. Seems like a huge kludge.

When is the next carrier night?

As we've just done one for FlightNight, it'll be a while before we do another on a Saturday I would have thought - but there's always Sunday evenings. They're usually good for a less structured hang-out, often at EGOD and surrounding areas. A good place to try out the new carriers coming into service too!
