The "Dave Pack" is required for Dave Culp's aircraft.
This has been updated to fix sound issues in FG 2.6+
HOW TO USE THE "DavePack"
Unzip the Archive and copy the folder called "DavePack" in to your aicraft directory of flight gear. If you use multiple aircraft folders in Flight Gear, the "DavePack" will need to be in the same aircraft directory as any of Dave Culp's aircraft.
This is a standard weapons package for use by FGUK aircraft ( or others ).

Data for each weapon is contained within its XML file.
INSTRUCTIONS:-
Extract the folder "FGUK-weapons" and place it in your main aircraft folder in Flight gear ( not within an actual aircrafts own folder ! ).
Using XML to position the weapons on your aircraft, the path should be something like:-
Aircraft/FGUK-weapons/Air-Ground/agm84/AGM-84.xml
This payloads package is designed to be used with cargo/transport type aircraft so you can add a visual payload.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:-
Unzip the package.
You should have a folder called fgukpayloads. Within that you will see the sub folders of the currently available items.
Place the "fgukpayloads" folder into your aircraft directory just like you do with any aircraft.
To use any items you need to include the path in your aircrafts files to the location of the items in the fgukpayloads folder.
This is a configuration file for the Heli Kit, Helicopter Specific controls.
These commercial Helicopter Flight Sticks do require a minor alteration to work in Flightgear. Please see the related article HERE on how to make them work.
See the attached image file for the button configuration. NOTE, the Search light + Landing light functions are currently for the FGUK Lighting pack and should work with any aircraft with the pack fitted.
How to install the Config file :-
Unzip the file. Copy the HELI-KIT.xml file to:-
C: /Users / (your profile) / AppData / Roaming / flightgear.org / Input
The Configuration should now be available on the pull down menu of the Joystick Configuration screen in FlightGear.
As the NOAA METAR servers suddenly changed URL, this prevents FlightGear from receiving live METAR data.
The Zip file here contains a fix for use on Windows 64 bit versions of FlightGear 2018.3.2 ONLY !.
You can download FlightGear V2018.3.2 from HERE
INSTRUCTIONS:-
Install FlightGear 2018.3.2 first.
Download and unzip the BIN folder from this download page..
Replace fgfs.exe in the BIN folder in your newly installed FlightGear 2018.3.2 folder with the fgfs.exe from the BIN folder from our zip file.
Run FlightGear.
METAR should now be available.
For those serious about choppers, they need serious controls.
The ProFlightPuma is a popular choice for many, and all too often I hear " My puma does not work correctly with Flight Gear".
Well, its actually does. Every Axis and every button combination has been manually discovered and mapped in this ready to use XML file.
HOW TO INSTALL:-
Unzip and copy the file Pro-Flight-Trainercom.xml to one of the following locations :-
WINDOWS USERS:- C:Users(your user name )AppDataRoamingflightgear.orgInputJoysticks
LINUX USERS:- /home/[USERNAME]/.fgfs/Input/Joysticks
MAC users:- ~/Library/Application Support/FlightGear/Input/Joysticks
The Puma should now be available from the pull down Joystics menu in the Joystick configuration screen.
