SUITABLE FOR FG 2017 Versions and better !!!!
The team at FGUK are proud to release Version 1 of the Westland Scout, and it is a real refinement of the previous BETA version.
Although the cockpit and clickable switches are still a work in progress and will be updated in coming released the experience of this classic helicopter is well worth a try for anyone with a love of rotary.
Many missing textures and details have been added all over, both in and outside. New rotor detailing and animations for the main rotor as well as new textures for the tail rotor are also present.
The FDM has been fully updated and now performs incredibly close to real life data. Although it's worth remembering that this is an early generation helicopter and will require a different approach and finesse to newer models.
The Westland Scout was a light helicopter developed by Westland Helicopters. Developed from the Saro P.531, it served as a land-based general purpose military helicopter, sharing a common ancestor and numerous components with the naval-orientated Westland Wasp helicopter. The type's primary operator was the Army Air Corps of the British Army, who operated it in several conflict zones including Northern Ireland and the Falklands War. It was progressively replaced in British service by the Westland Gazelle in the reconnaissance role, and the larger Westland Lynx as a battlefield utility helicopter.
Suitable for FG 2017+ versions only !!

The Bell 412 is a twin-engine utility helicopter of the Huey family manufactured by Bell Helicopter. It is a development of the Bell 212, with the major difference being the composite four-blade main rotor.
This is a the first release of an all new stand alone Bell 412. previously it was included in the "Huey" package
( and the old version still is ). It is a very different release from the previous one.
The Bell UH-1 Iroquois, commonly known as the "Huey," was a multipurpose utility helicopter famous for its use during the Vietnam War. Bell developed the powerful helicopter in the 1950s and produced more than 16,000 between 1955 and 1976, over 7,000 of which served in Vietnam. The aircraft were used primarily to transport troops, for medical evacuations, cargo transport, and aerial attack.
The UH-1H model was produced more than any other Huey, with the U.S. Army alone receiving nearly 4,850 aircraft. Many Hueys are still in use today, in both military and civilian capacities. Hueys have been used in firefighting missions, humanitarian aid efforts, research operations, and search and rescue duties.
More fixes for the Overhead panel
This is mostly a bug fix for non Windows users.

May case/path issues fixed that were causing issues for non Windows users.
This UH-1H updates the old Huey from the UH1 combined UH1/212/412 package found elsewhere in our hanger. It is a very different animal now.

The Westland Lynx is a British multi-purpose twin-engine military helicopter designed and built by Westland Helicopters at its factory in Yeovil. Originally intended as a utility craft for both civil and naval usage, military interest led to the development of both battlefield and naval variants.

This is a public ALPHA release of the Westland Seaking HAR.3.
It is not complete, it will have bugs, some bits are not finished, but it flies.
Released as an Alpha to those stuck in Corona Isolation for something to amuse them self with.
Development is continuing on this model.
FGUK version of the existing FlightGear EC130. Both B4 and T2 versions.
Whats the difference ?
The FDM has been re tuned to better represent the flight behaviour of the EC130. It is more like the AS350 now.
The Garmin now has function.
Added Rain on Glass effects.
Added Rotorwash on grass effects.
Some sounds have been altered.
Multiplayer sound added.
Fixed a bug in the Startup procceedure.
Fixed an MP bug that would kill any other EC130 over Multiplayer when you spwaned in.
This is Manual start only. The Autostart is completely non functional. Watch our tutorial on starting and flying it.:-
In basic trim it is tail heavy. Take off requires Right pedal and Cyclic towards the 1 o'clock position.
Normal cruise 110-115kts.
Fast cruise up to 125 kts.
VNE around 150kts but you have to push the airframe quite hard to get to that.
If you install this one, or the original EC130 is separate custom aircraft directories, they should co exist quite happily.
P.S. Dont forget to put fuel in it for the first time.
Eurocopter AS 332L2/532
The Eurocopter AS532 Cougar (now Airbus Helicopters H215M) is a twin-engine, medium-weight, multipurpose helicopter developed by France. The AS532 is a development and upgrade of the Aérospatiale SA 330 Puma in its militarized form. Its civilian counterpart is the Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma.
Suitable for FG versions 2017+
The FDM has been test flown and tested by an actual AS532 pilot who gave it a big thumbs up ( 90% accurate )
The Cougar, in Basic form, Requires Right Pedal and Cyclic at 7pm position. Large Stick movements are not recommended.
There is a payload option to simulate long line use to the Cougars stated 10000lb hook capacity.
If you set this to Maximum the flight characteristics will change dramatically. You will require Large left cyclic inputs to take off/hover. Expect all performance values to degrade.
Take note that the Maximum specified take off weight is 9000kg / 19842lb. Exceed that at your peril.
The Eurocopter (now Airbus Helicopters) EC120 Colibri (Hummingbird) is a five-seat, single-engine, light utility helicopter. Jointly designed and developed by Eurocopter, China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC), Harbin Aviation Industries (Group) Ltd (HAIG) and Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (STAero) at Eurocopter France's Marignane facility, the EC120B was assembled by Eurocopter in France and Australia.
In China, the aircraft is produced by Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation (HAMC) as the HC120. In 2004, HAMC began local manufacturing of the HC120 at their assembly line in Harbin, in northern China. In the Chinese market, both the People's Liberation Army and multiple local police forces have purchased HC120 helicopters.
