200 kg is a lot. My best was to squats with 120 Kg 4 to 5 reps.
But I can't do that anymore.

Lost my grip this morning and dropped a 140kg bar onto the foot of my rack. The Box Steel its made off is not so much box shaped now.

Latest addition.
2.5kg - 30kg dumbbell set anda 3 tier rack to hold them ( which turnd out to be a tad too short to hold them all ).

WOW ... that's a lot of weights! They were definitely expensive.
I still have to do the cross-trainer today. I don't feel like it yet. But I have to.

How much did you spend on them?

Only got small 5kg and 10kg ones here. I am trying to do more with body weight. We got all sorts of handle like things on our premises and I will try using them for training.

I have ordered a new cross trainer. Is more stable and heavier (104KG). I'm very happy when I get it. :)
