I had the X52 for 11 years until the twist grip's potentiometer wore out.
Was a good stick and if that X56 is anything like it, it should be ok.

16 bit axes make it accurate as well.

I'd say Thrustmaster FCS Flight Pack all the way, costs less and offers you more IMO.

I already have a set of pedals (CH Pro Pedals), which I barely use due to lack of room

I think Algy has the X55 - I think the X56 is it's replacement

anyway thanks for the feedback - probably wait until the new year to get something

Old topic I know, but seeing as my CH Pro Fighterstick is dying & I don't have the room to use my CH Pedals, I finally ordered the (now Logitech G) X56

I intend to keep the CH for some stuff but it needs taking apart & cleaning - probably also needs some potentiometers replacing
